Tashkila was founded in 2016 by husband-and-wife duo Fathanah Suhairi and Adil Rosli. What began as a side venture during their tertiary education years quickly revealed its potential, evolving into a dedicated platform championing prestigious modest fashion brands.

Over the years, Tashkila has had the privilege of collaborating with prominent regional celebrities such as Nad Zainal, Fattah Amin, Fazura, and Mira Filzah. Their work has been recognized through multiple accolades, including winning the Singtel-Shopify Competition II in 2016, being named one of the Top 10 Muslimah Fashion Brands in Singapore by TallyPress in 2018, and earning a place in the SME500 list in 2022.
