Shipping Policy

At TASHKILA, we aim to deliver your order within 1 to 3 working days from the date of delivery pick up. COVID-19: Our courier will be doing a contactless delivery to all of our customers for safety measures. 


1. Local Delivery
Performed from Monday - Friday 1000hrs - 2200hrs. Unfortunately, we are not able to set a specific timing or allocated time frame at the moment. Our courier will call/sms to give a heads-up should no one to receive the parcel and SMS tracking will be sent prior to delivery as well. 
For delivery rate, it is based on the order items' weight starting from SGD 4.50 via Roadbull. The good news is, for orders SGD100 & above, it is FREE for local delivery. So.... Happy shopping!


2. Same Day Delivery
Currently we do not offer any same day delivery. Buyer may need to arrange for own fleet to collect from our warehouse. Alternatively, you may head down to our authorized retailer - for TruDolly and Luna only. 


3. International Delivery
We deliver worldwide and offer multiple courier options to suit your needs! Simply check-out and choose your preferred courier options. 


4. Missed Delivery 
Missed a delivery attempt from us? Don't worry, if we fail to reach you at your specified shipping address, our courier give you a call/message. A re-delivery will be attempted on the next consecutive working day.
After 2nd attempts and being uncontactable, the order item will be delivered back to our warehouse and the order item will be on hold. The next re-delivery will then be charged at a flat rate of SGD 5.


5. No Delivery Zones
Due to restrictions and limitations (placed by certain institutions and organisations), we apologise that we are not able to make deliveries to the following areas in Singapore:

  • Jurong Island
  • Tuas Link
  • Changi Cargo
  • Country Clubs
  • Army Camps
  • Seletar Aerospace
  • Off-shore Islands such as Pulau Ubin
  • Turf Club Avenue
  • Sentosa
  • Singapore Prison Quarters
  • Airbase sites
  • SATS Inflight Catering Centre 1
  • ST Kinetics
  • Shipyards
  • Hospitals
  • Powergrid
  • Airport Boulevard, and all airport areas including areas within Changi Airport and Seletar Airport
If you work at the above locations, we strongly encourage you to set your shipping address to a location where our drivers can deliver to, such as your home address.

Shipping policy

We ship worldwide. If your country is not listed, please prompt our chat or email us. You are able to choose your preferred logistics partner based on rates and lead time upon check-out.

Local delivery: Our delivery is performed during office hours only.  Unfortunately, we are not able to set a specific timing or allocated time frame at the moment. SMS tracking and email will be sent prior to delivery. 

Local: We aim to deliver order within 1 to 2 working days from the date of delivery pick up. Do note processing takes 1 working day. For brands from NSA/SexyCurve/Mutyara/Tara, it will be shipped out separately with lead time of 3-5 working days.

International: Shipping time varies from 2-30 working days. Customers may choose their preferred logistic partner and lead time upon check out.

Local: Delivery fee is flat rate of SGD 4.50.

Don't worry, if our logistic partner fail to reach you at your specified shipping address, they will give you a call/message. A re-delivery will be attempted on the next consecutive working day. We do not offer any self-collection. Alternatively, you can walk in to our authorized retailer.

Returns and exchanges

Refunds are by default, is your original payment method. Sale items are non-refundable. Returns can be made only if item is found defect, and with tag intact / product packaging in good condition.

Return item: We will only make refunds only when item has been returned in good condition (after inspect by our operations).

Please note:

TASHKILA reserves the rights to withhold any refunds if your original item has not reached our mailing address. If your exchange item is unavailable, we will proceed to refund you fully by default payment.

Exchanges are only available for size and/or colour of the same SKU. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed.

Health and beauty products are non-exchangeable and refundable.  Please note that items sold by our vendors as well as those in the Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items & Brands list are not available for exchange unless stated otherwise.
